Match Description:	35 overs a side. Both sides batted 12. Hetairoi 104 ao off 32 overs. Southwold 94 for 10 off 35 overs. Batsmen struggled throughout on tricky damp wicket and Clive was the anchor of the Hetairoi innings with his patient 36 no. Credit must go to the Southwold skipper Ezra Fuller (last seen winning the game for Sudbourn Hall in 2022) who used 8 different bowlers which probaby helped in HCC being able to recover from 28-6 to 104 ao The Hetairoi innings was also notable for the aforementioned Ezra taking 5 outfield catches. I dont think that any of us had witnessesd that before. Having at least something to defend, Hetairoi bowled very tightly and scoring remained difficult with required run rate somehow becoming an issue. When Ezra was out late in the game Hetairoi were strong favourites and ended winning by 10 runs despite Ezra returning to the crease as the 12th batter. A very enjoyable match played in very good spirit. Finally, the website wont allow me to enter 12 innings. Charlie fryer scored 6 and had figures of 3-0-12-0
