Match Description:	Time game Sudbourne Hall 135 ao Hetairoi 117 ao This was a low scoring affair on a tricky wicket offering prodigious bounce and turn to the spinners. The only substantial innings of the match proved decisive with the SH No.3 Ezra Fuller compiling a patient 77 to drag SH to a total of 135. As on the previous day Hetairoi had a relatively weak batting side, but still would have fancies our chances. Sadly though Mike Price was unable to repeat the success of the previous day, falling cheaply to an excellent catch at slip (from the returning Charlie Jackson, a fine cricketer who those who played this fixture in early years will remember). John Ball made the only significant contribution of 33 but when Richard Slade was run out and then John given LBW padding up to the next ball, the game was effectively up. Getting as close as we did was fairly flattering in view of the 30 extras on offer (16 of which were wides!). Young Fuller proved to be a more than useful spinner and backed up his top score with figures of 5-24. The other 4 wickets to fall to a bowler all went to Denny who had figures of 4-18
